Shipping policy

At By Jack we make almost all items to order, this reduces waste and overstock. thus sometimes things take a little longer. We aim to ship out within 5-7 working days. However sometime we find that our suppliers of blanks is running behind, if this happens we will inform you of the delay.

The shipping you pay for and timeframe given is after the process of making the shirt. (5-7 days)

We primarily use USPS for all shipping. Unless we can find a cheaper option with UPS or Fed-ex. Single t-shirts are usually shipped 1st class and therefore do not have tracking on them. anything more than that you should receive a tracking number. if you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to email us at jack@byjack.com
